Seven years of patient building. One founding principle.

Bao Li Bao Trading Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2017. The plan from day one was unconventional: build a holding company first, then build the products it would need to validate a thesis we believed could rewrite how internet platforms allocate value.

We watched the 2010s. Social platforms compounded into trillion-dollar valuations by harvesting attention from billions of users. The users got dopamine and pennies. Shareholders got everything else.

We took our time. We worked, we tested, we wrote and rewrote our principles. By 2026 we were ready. Carpe Five — our first product — launched in Q1 2026. Three more products follow this year.

Most of the dollars generated on the internet today flow to the platforms that aggregate user traffic, not to the users that create the traffic. The math doesn't have to work this way — it works this way because it pays the people writing the code.

We think the next era of internet companies will compete on a different axis: how much of the revenue we send back. Not as a marketing slogan. As the actual operating model.

If your traffic builds the platform, the platform's profits should flow back to you. Not 1%. Not 10%. The majority.
